This not only wastes bandwidth and time but also exposes your data to third-party vulnerabilities. Our mission is to provide a powerful, professional-grade image processing tool that operates entirely within the safety of your own device.

How We Do It

We leverage modern web technologies like WebAssembly and advanced JavaScript APIs to bring server-level processing power directly into your browser. Whether you are converting an iPhone HEIC photo to JPG or compressing a WebP image, the entire process utilizes your computer's own CPU. Once the page is loaded, LocalPixel can literally function without an internet connection.

We are obsessed with data security. Because our architecture is 100% client-side, we never see, touch, or store your photos. We don't have databases holding your files, and we certainly don't use your images to train AI models. What happens on your device, stays on your device.
